Someone once told me that being positive and optimistic attract good things to your life and I couldn’t agree more. The key is to get into that mindset -and stay in it- for longer than an hour and I cant think of anything more effective to stay in it than smiling.
Painting a smile on your face is such a powerful thing to do, makes you and others around you happy, so lets try remind ourselves to smile a little more often :)

Hace muchos anos, alguien me dijo que el ser optimista y positivo atrae cosas buenas en la vida y estoy completamente de acuerdo. La clave es tratar de mantener esa mentalidad por mas de una hora y no puedo pensar en algo mas efectivo que el sonreír. 
Pintar una sonrisa en el rostro es la mejor herramienta para poner de buen humor a los que están al rededor y lo mas importante, a ti mism@, así que hay que tratar de sonreír mas seguido :)
