SO LETS TALK ABOUT THE WEATHER

Wearing a sweater in June might seem crazy, I’ll tell you what is crazier tho, the fact that I woke up yesterday and my very trusting iPhone app told me that the “real feel” temperature outside was 4 degrees, I kid you not…I agree that I occasionally complain about the weather, I would like to think we all do but I have learnt to “cope” with the European winters. What I don’t understand, is the fact that we are in the beginning of June -or what could also be known as the Summer in the Northern Hemisphere- and the days are getting colder, as in below 10 degrees and rain. So there you have it, if you see me wearing sweaters in the next few days its not due to a ridiculous trend I am trying to set, its because I don’t want to pick up pneumonia ;)


Parece una locura usar suéteres en Junio ¿no? pero te dire cual es la verdadera locura, el hecho de que ayer, justo después de despertarme mi muy confiable aplicación meteorológica del iPhone me conto que estábamos a 4 grados centígrados, si, 4 grados a principios del verano…Estoy de acuerdo que ocasionalmente me quejo un poquitín del clima en Holanda, pero me he llegado a “acostumbrar”, no hay de otra. Lo que no logro entender es el hecho de que estamos a principios de Junio, o lo que se le conoce como el verano en el Hemisferio Norte y los días estén mas y mas fríos. Así que he si me ven usando suéteres o chamarras en los próximos dias, no es por que estoy tratando de empezar una tendencia ridícula, es el hecho de que no quiero que me de pulmonía ;)

  26. I don't think you are the only 1 that's complaining about the weather. I am too! We've been experiencing blistering hot weather here in South East Asia and I'm dying of dehydration and hotness for almost 2 weeks now.
