MY GALIA LAHAV WEDDING DRESS

I have shown you photos of the wedding before, but you guys wanted to see my Galia Lahav wedding dress up close ( I shared the photos of my very first and last fitting as well).

I want to share the story of how I picked THE dress in a video, but what I can tell you is that I had a very clear vision of what I did want. I knew I wanted to have a long sleeve dress, as I am not much of a strapless dress fan. I wanted something that looked vintage and super elegant, but that was also not your traditional princess cut wedding dress. I wanted something very me.

This stunning couture Galia Lahav wedding dress was made to my exact measurements with French lace, has small crystals and beads embroidered all over and took about 9 months to make. It also features an open back and a high next that I am obsessed with.

I always dreamt of having and incredibly long veil that would cover me completely from the front and would stretch a few meters back. Although I have to admit that having the super long veil on the front made it a bit hard to walk down the aisle (it was very windy that day), I still don’t regret my decision.

If you look closely, my wedding dress has a crystal tulip embroidered on the solar plexus area and it represented the Netherlands, Arnos homeland <3
