HOW TO PICK THE PERFECT CLASSIC TRENCH COAT -THE ULTIMATE INVESTMENT PIECE-

If I had to pick ONE thing to have in my closet, I would probably go crazy since there are too many must haves, BUT a Classic Trench Coat would certainly be a strong contender.

 

I have collected a few classic trench coats throughout my life as a blogger, yet its only recently that I found what I was really looking for and unsurprisingly, it was vintage. For some reason, vintage trench coats have that “Je Ne Sais Quoi” that I love, perhaps it’s because I am obsessed with everything that comes oversized and most trench coats I find are menswear.

I always get asked where my trench coats are form, which is why I decided to make this post, but since all of them are vintage, I browsed the web and tried to find really great options for you guys and believe me, a good trench coat is an investment piece and by that I don’t mean it has to be expensive, but I bet you will were it over and over again for years.

My styling trick for you is to always try one to two sizes bigger. Trench coats look more chic when they are a bit more oversized and that’s a FACT. If you don’t believe me, try it next time you go shopping; wear your usual size and then try one to two sizes bigger.
