THESE ISABEL MARANT LENSKEE BOOTS ARE THE ULTIMATE SHOWSTOPPERS

My Oh My, you know me and you know that I am all about the knee high boot. Finding these rare specimens for me is a homework in itself because while knee high boots hit mostly everyone at the right length, they are never quite as high on me (there are cons to long legs as well).

These boots are literally showstoppers, I have had people from all ages and both sexes stopping me in the street to ask me about them, I even a sweet old lady pointing at them and giving me a thumbs up from afar, which was quite sweet! haha.

I have been obsessed with Isabel Marant boots before, but never quite as obsessed as I got with this specific pair. I went over and over in my head on whether I should get the black or the mustard coloured ones, if I should get the knee high or ankle version. I asked my boyfriend for his opinion about a hundred times, until I decided to go for the black high pair. I have to admit that I was quite close to picking the mustard ones and the reason is, I don’t actually own any shoes in that color which was both a big pro and a big con. I am a creature of habit and I like what I like, period. Getting the mustard ones would have been a good but risky choice and I know I would have probably regret it in the end. Those boots are amazing but my wardrobe palette was always leaning towards the black ones, obvious choice perhaps BUT at least I know that I will be wearing them until they fall apart (which I hope never happens to be honest!).
