When it comes to mixing prints, we have come to a point in time where everything goes. Remember when they used to tell you that you had to match your shoes to your bag or belt? Or even worse, that you count mix black and blue? What a load of bullshit!
Whenever my boyfriend and friends ask me for styling advice, I always tell them to to to be a little experimental, even if that is scary for some. Ok, perhaps I wouldn’t have mixed houndstooth print pants with a red stripped top back when I started the blog 10 years ago, but the beauty of evolving your style, is that you get to experiment.
EXPERIMENTING is the key to discovering your own personal style.
Mixing prins is fun and doing it right can create a true statement look, but the only way to get it right, is to experiment. You might get it wrong a few times but what is wrong with that? There is actually NO SUCH THING as the Fashion Police, that is a myth hahaha.

I also remember hearing that black and brown never go! lol! I love this outfit! The red top and pants are amazing and a great print combo. This really inspired me to step out of my comfort zone!
