Last week, I had the honour to be a part of the Reed Krakoff for Kohl’s launch, where I got to interact with some of my favourite hangouts while in New York City, while wearing some of my favourite pieces from the Reed x Kohl’s collection. The day started off at one of NYC’s most stunning locations; Grand Central Station. As soon as I walked in, I found this huge installation, with walls covered on Reed x Kohls “Boxer” bags, a small Photo booth set up and a station where lucky few got to win some items from the collection before the official launch the next day.

As the day went by, I wanted to take my new Pink Boxer Bag to some my favourite spots in the city -those which I always run to as soon as I land- and one of them is Chelsea Market and their famous “Taco Stand”, which has definitely the best tacos in town. We took a taxi straight to Soho afterwards, crossed Canal Street and tried to find one of the most picturesque streets in Chinatown, where I always head to for my Bubble Tea Fix.
We ended our NYC tour on the Williamsburg Bridge, which I not only love shooting at, but it always brings my sporty side, as I normally prefer crossing the bridges by foot, to both get an awesome view of the city and squeeze in a little extra workout.

New York City during springtime is so invigorating and it bursted me with extra energy, which was perfect to go on an adventure rediscovering some of my favourite spots and discovering some new ones with my Boxer Bag. This pink beauty has quickly become one of my Spring favourites, not only because of the splash of colour, but because it seems to fit anything I need to carry with me and more -and will definitely become a trusted “carry on” travel partner.
As the day came to a close, we celebrated a day full of activities with an intimate dinner with Reed Krakoff himself and an amazing group of people at Kohl’s new showroom. For me, the stars of the collection are definitely the accessories and in particular the bags, although I did develop a small crush on the neoprene dresses that were part of the Ready-To-Wear collection. Not only the bags are a refreshing splash of cool, but the prices will definitely leave you speechless, in a very good way ;).
