I’m reminiscing of these beautiful days in Paris as I lay in bed feeling like a truck ran over me. I really don’t recall getting sick at all this winter, mind over matter right?. I was keeping a positive attitude and trying to stay clear of the flu and quite frankly, I have been so busy that my body probably rejected it a couple thousand times. It was only last weekend when I finally relaxed that it decided to hit me.
I am flying to Brazil for the very first time at the end of the week to film a Television Show and I am hoping so badly that I will be ok by then. Again, Mind over matter and as my trainer Jay always says: Only think of recovery…

  67. Ooohh Brazil, I wish I could go there too. Try to keep yourself warm, drink hot lemon tea with honey but do it when you go to sleep, already in bed and then cover yourself up. I’m sure you’re gonna get better really quick.
