I do tend to go for dark colors during winter and if I had it my way, I would wear total black with a touch of grey and white here and there. As “appealing” as that sounds -to me-, I have to agree that splashing some color on gloomy days like this, makes all the difference, so I do own quite a few pieces to give me exactly that, an extreme contrast to an otherwise boring outfit.
I have rarely worn these flare pants since I got them in NY last September -or was it February?-. The point is, I think I actually really like them. I have been wearing skinny jeans for the longest time, so wearing a different shape is kind of refreshing, specially when they elongate the legs, which is never a bad thing.
