Today was fun!!!
I went to the launch of my fav Mexican restaurant´s new tequila. I ´ve been missing home to the extreme lately and being there reminded me so much of it! They had mexican food & a mariachi!! Which is the best thing that can happen to me right now! I guess you can call this the Mexican living abroad syndrome, but a live mariachi playing was just the thing that I needed.
I miss my sunny, warm and beautiful Mexico !!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was wearing my adored AA tri-blend tank top and a skirt I made while I was in Mexico last spring. I realized it is actually the first time I´ve worn it since I made it.

Hey Monique!I was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco.When I was like 3 years old, my parents moved to Irapuato, Guanajuato, so I was raised there.I´ve been in a lot of parts in Mexico, my favs are Puerto Vallarta, Monterrey, Love queretaro, Guanajuato, etc.Since I am from the center, I love the weather there and if I ever get back there, I would like living in the center again or maybe Monterrey.

OhH pues creo que si deberias retomar el diseño de moda, te daría mas bases, yo espero poder hacer mi sevicio social de la carrera en INFASHION, una revista creada aqui en México sobre moda, es realmente buena, mi favorita después de VOGUE je.Imagino que te encanta tu trabajo, ha de ser genial, mucha suerte, y pues empieza de poco para que después te veamos y leamos en Vogue!

Wow que bien que decidiste quedarte en Montreal y te envidio tanto (envidia de la buena ehh) por vivir en Europa, es mi sueño, amo la Torre Eiffel mi máximo sueño es conocerla y espero sea pronto!Mi tienda favorita también es Zara porque no es muy cara y tiene cosas fabulosas.También me encantan las minifaldas pero aqui aunque las uses con leggings no falta quien te grite y me choca, te sientes tan mal porque luego son muy vulgares.Me encanta tu blog, gracias a le ahora estoy experiemntando hacer faldas y algunas cosas que quisiera usar ya que también me gusta mucho la moda pero es muy cara la carrera y estudiare Diseño Publicitario, pero después quiero especializarme en moda. A mi también de repente me dicen que uso cosas extrañas pero seguire tu consejo, si me gusta no lo voy a dejar de usar solo por el que diran.Y estudiaste algo relacionado a moda alla en Europa? I got people telling me if I can make them and sell them, unfortunately I am not trained in patterns and stuff, so I make things for myself cause I know my measurments (and try them like 10 times before I finish them!lol), so even if I wanted to make them for other people, unless they are exactly my shape and size It wouldnt fit!Im thinking of taking a course for standar pattern making so maybe I can make them for all sizes.But also another problem, some fabrics that I buy are lucky finds, like this one, I found it in a Mexican fabric store, and it was the past piece, I got pretty lucky!!Im so glad you like what I make, thanks!!!

Your skirt is fabulous! I seriously would order one from you, I cannot find anything I quite like. Very hot.As for Mexican food, I share the love. There’s like 3 Mexican restaurants in Seoul (not very popular), but I travel weekly to at least one of them. I’m actually Italian, but Mexican food is my other love!
