Runner-Crunch Arm-Leg-extension Side-Plank-crunch

Having good weather also means I get to workout at my favourite place ever, which is the forrest just outside of Amsterdam. I normally try running at least 3 times a week but when the weather is nice, I prefer to skip the gym and do workouts outside instead. I have been filming my workouts on Snapchat -where you can find me as: StyleScrapbook- in the past few days but I wanted to share some with you here as well. Interestingly enough, of all the years I have been training, I find it most effective when I do workouts using my own body weight. Obviously I have nothing against weights and I do use them often, but I wanted to share with you workouts you can do basically anywhere, all you need is an exercise matt.

These are some abs workouts I have been doing lately, 3 really great ways to tone up your abs anytime, anywhere, so you really don’t have any excuse anymore! :P

I normally do 3 series of 15 to 20 reps, but you can start with less if you are a beginner (2 series of 10 reps). I would reccommend to do each exercise one after the other with 30 seconds rest in between, once you have finished the 3 exercises repeat again for another set, or 2 more if you are feeling strong!

  2. Great! I’m a fan of exercise on the mat or blanket or whatever you have, you don’t really need much and you can do it wherever you are- thats the best part of it! This is really cool! Thanks for sharing and I will surely include these exercises into my routine!;-)
