Running is most definitely my favorite and most efficient way of releasing stress and keeping me fit. I try to run as often as I can and the music that keeps me company while I am at it plays a big role in how far I can go. You have probably tried this yourself but listening to music while you run makes you more motivated to run faster and further.
I put together a run playlist that I listen to every time I go for a run. these are not necessarily my favorite songs or artist, but they have good beats that keep me going for as long as I have to.
