Paris Fashion Week starts tomorrow and its definitely my favorite time of the year, or should I say, the season???

I am in Paris, looking at the eiffel tower through my window while I write this flash post, thinking of all the amazing street style I will come across in the next few days.

Excited much????

INSPIRATION

I am on my way to Paris as we speak… I decided to take a train a day before, just so I could get settled and have some quality time with my beloved Paris before the whole Fashion Week madness begins.

I am so excited about the next few days and I will try to keep you updated as often as possible.

I have been invited to few shows, stay tuned to see which ones and of course, for my whole Fashion Week coverage… Let the mother of all Fashion Weeks begin!!

A bientôt!

LONDON SHOPPING

I found these babies in London walking on Oxford Street last tuesday…

They might not be everybody’s cup of tea but to me they are shoe heaven so lets hope they dont kill my feet after wearing them for few minutes in Paris FW and if they do, oh well, its not like I am not used to it already :S (sad, sad statement).

JIL SANDER SS11 BY RAF SIMONS

Jil Sander SS11 by Raf Simons showed maximalism at its best when it came to shape and combining everything from flower prints, to stripes to the boldest of colors was just a wining formula for me.

I could definitely see myself sporting one of those incredible super maxi skirts paired with a plain cotton t-shirt, in fact, I will very likely do so.

In general, the only down side I can find to this incredible collection, is the fact that its more focused on a very long/tall figure and wouldn’t be the most flattering of looks on a more petit/short silhouette.

All in all, Jil Sander by Raf Simons has been my favorite collection from Milan Fashion Week so far…
